The Infectious Disease (ID) Clinic
Provides comprehensive medical services, nutrition counseling and case management services to people over the age of 18 who are living with HIV/AIDS. All services are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, ADAP (a special insurance program available to people who have HIV/AIDS) and private health insurance.

Medical Clinics - By appointment

Medical clinics provide physician monitoring, lab work, nursing, nutrition counseling and medical case management.

All clinics are held in Pomona at the Robert L. Yeager Health Center, Building A, 2nd floor Rotunda area. *(Except first Tuesday of the month will be held at Nyack Hospital.)
