How To Find Us - Directions
Coming from the Tappan Zee Bridge or the George Washington Bridge.
   
Take Palisades Parkway North. Take the Parkway to Exit 11. At end of ramp, turn left on to New Hempstead Road. Stay on New Hempstead Road to Route 45. Make right onto Route 45. Stay on Route 45 to first traffic light. At the sign for the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health center, make left onto Sanatorium Road.

The Department of Hospitals is located in Bldg. A, the third driveway on your left as you drive up Sanatorium Road. A large red sign identifies the driveway. Make a left and follow road up to parking area. The main entrance to the Department of Hospitals is in front of the parking area. The Administration Offices are on the main floor, located on the left as your pass through the second door.

Coming from New Jersey

Garden State Parkway North to NYS Thruway East/South. Take Thruway to exit 13 – Palisades Parkway North. Take Palisades Park to exit 11 and follow directions given above.

Coming from Northern New York State

Route 17 to Route 6 (traffic circle at Bear Mountain). Take Route 6, which merges into Palisades Parkway South. Take Palisades to exit 12. Make a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 45. Stay on Route 45 until second traffic light. At sign for Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center on the right, make right onto Sanatorium Road.

Within Rockland County take Route 45

Coming from the southern area, take Route 45 North, going past New Hempstead Road, New City, intersection. At the first traffic light after intersection, make a left to enter the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center on Sanatorium Road.

Coming from the northern area of Rockland County, take Route 45 South (off of Route 202 – the Mt. Ivy area). Stay on Route 45 for four traffic lights. Enter Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health on Sanatorium Road. (Follow directions on how to reach the Department of Hospitals shown above.
